I am going to upload some of my better photos & Rob Jutsum's excellent pics over the next few weeks to try and give an impression of the variety of animals on our shore  & to encourage others to add theirs.

 

Edible crabs are a frequent sight on the lower shore in summer where they wedge themselves in crevices for safety whilst waiting for the return on the tide, this one at Downend Croyde.
